Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of content they request us to publish. Cape Digital Agency may refuse work that appears unlawful, misleading or in violation of third-party platform policies.
10. Project Changes and Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed project scope. Significant redesigns, new features or additional work may require an updated quotation.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Because our services involve professional time and customized work, completed work and work already performed are generally non-refundable. Cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed based on the stage of work, amounts already spent and the specific written agreement for the project.
